Derek Rowley is the founder of Corporate Service Center, Inc., located in Reno. He is also president of Superior Capital Corporation, the holding company that owns Corporate Service Center, Inc., and its sister companines including Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc., NCH Tax Solutions, Inc. and other businesses. Derek has worked to promote the benefits of Nevada business and incorporation laws since 1987, longer than any other individual involved in this industry, including three years working in Nevada economic development programs as as associate director of the Northern Nevada Development Authority, where he specialized in the recruitment and relocation of manufacturing, warehousing and distribution companies to Northern Nevada. Derek is also a leading business author and highly-sought after speaker. His Nevada Corporation Handbook has sold more than 25,000 copies in eight printings and is widely considered the foremost treatise on Nevada business entities. Since 2002, Derek has served as the president of the Nevada’s largest business association, the Nevada Registered Agent Association (NRAA), which represents over 100,000 Nevada companies. In his capacity with NRAA, Derek is active in the Nevada political process and has written and successfully lobbied bills that now contain many of Nevada’s revolutionary laws regarding corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships.

Trevor Rowley is Executive Vice President of the Corporate Service Center family of companies, and is a magna cum laude graduate of Southern Utah University, where he was also a finalist for the prestigious Wall Street Journal Award for Business Excellence. Trevor has built a career assisting new businesses expand and grow. Prior to joining Corporate Service Center, Trevor was an executive with a regional multi-media chain where he was instrumental in planning, opening and operating new retail outlets along the Wasatch front. Following his success there, Trevor has spent the last twenty years as a principal with Corporate Service Center, Inc., where he has personally consulted with thousands of business owners and helped them to develop strategies to build their businesses, protect their assets and minimize their taxes. A nationally recognized expert on entrepreneurship, Mr. Christie has an extensive background in the financial services and business consulting industries. He has distinguished himself as a nationally recognized speaker and has appeared as a featured guest on some of the largest radio shows across the country. He has also hosted his own radio program in San Diego and Las Vegas. Cort’s television appearances include cable networks MSNBC and CNBC. Cort has a BA in Finance from the University of Minnesota at Duluth and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He also served as the president of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization and currently sits on the board of Reno’s chapter of The Entrepreneurs Organization. A board member of the Nevada Registered Agent Association, Mr. Christie is also a member of the Nevada Taxpayers’ Association, the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, the Nevada Development Authority and the Nevada Policy Research Institute. Jack Cohen, CPA

Jack Cohen, is director of NCH Tax Solutions, Inc., a sister company to Corporate Service Center, and brings more than 33 years of tax and compliance experience with the Internal Revenue Service to the his NCH role. Jack worked for 20 years as a large-case field audit manager for small businesses and corporations. In 2006, he was awarded the IRS Employee of the Year Award for large and mid-size businesses nationwide. Mr. Cohen is a licensed certified public accountant in Nevada, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jack oversees a team of tax professionals who advise more than 1,400 clients nationwide.

Wayne Hoff, CEPP

Wayne Hoff is the director of affiliate relations at Corporate Service Center, Inc. in Reno. He attended Ohio State University, Capital University and Troy State University, acquiring his BS in psychology magna cum laude. He also has an MS in marketing and psychology. As southeastern regional manager of Mutual and United of Omaha, Mr. Hoff specialized in small business benefit planning. He obtained his NASD license and was a chartered life underwriter and member of the Million Dollar Roundtable. Wayne founded Ads Ahead and Sierra Graphics with WHO-CO as the parent company. This venture was a successful combination of promotional print media, ad specialties and marketing services. He sold the business in 1986 and became the director of assessments and admissions for BHC Willow Springs Center, a long-term child and adolescent psychiatric center. Wayne returned to the world of business to become the vice president of one of the oldest and largest estate planning firms in the U.S. He has conducted hundreds of estate planning seminars throughout the U.S. and has been a principal presenter at the annual conference for the National Association of Certified Estate Planners.

Steve Szostek, JD

Steve Szostek is a graduate of Indiana University. He has earned a BS in secondary education, MA in sociology and an MBA in finance and marketing. Currently, he is admitted to practice in the Nevada state and federal courts and the United States Supreme Court. Steve has practiced law in Hawaii, Indiana and Nevada. Steve has been a deputy attorney general for the State of Indiana and a corporate trust officer for Bank One in Indianapolis. He currently specializes in estate planning, business law and bankruptcy law. Mr. Szostek is also a member in good standing of the Nevada and Clark County Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
