YOU NEED A PROFESSIONAL NEVADA REGISTERED AGENT
If you can’t count on your registered agent, you might be counting on trouble!
Nevada corporate law requires that
every Nevada corporation or LLC formed or doing business within Nevada maintains a registered agent. In Nevada, that agent is called the
"Registered Agent".
If your Nevada corporation or LLC is sued, or served with legal notice from a government agency, your registered agent receives the papers for you. We include registered agent service for the first year with every new company we form.

Your Nevada corporation or Nevada LLC is responsible for the acts of your registered agent, including errors in judgment, delay in handling legal service, and a lack of knowledge about how to handle emergencies. Remember that it is likely that the only time when your registered agent will be used is in situations of importance, so choose your registered agent carefully. Choose a Nevada registered agent that has been around a while, and that has a track record of serving their customers. If you do, you will feel comfortable choosing Corporate Service Center, Inc.

Here is a real example of the cost of not having a professional, experienced registered agent:
In Arizona several years ago, a customer fell inside a store and sued for $15,000 plus expenses. The store acted as their own registered agent, so when the legal papers were served, none of the staff recognized it’s importance. When the case went to trial, nobody appeared to defend the store being sued, so the customer won a default judgment. The store couldn't get the judgment overturned on appeal because they had been properly served. The problem was, the papers had been misrouted by the company mailroom, and the legal department never saw them!
