Our Corporate Management Service is designed to help you keep your Nevada corporation fully compliant - while protecting you from identity thieves and unnecessary public records exposure.

Because we take a high-profile role in the management of our company, we screen each applicant carefully before accepting the responsibility of managing the corporation. We have high standards for this service, and only accept about half of all applicants into this program. We reserve the right to refuse this service to any person at any time for any reason. Nevada Management Service includes:

• Sign on list of officers and be member manager of your company
• Sign on Nevada business license
• Sign local Nevada business licenses
• Acquire federal employers identification number (EIN), using the client’s Social Security Number
• Act as a local named agent for your business
• Authorize up to two bank account signers
• Hold annual meetings and record minutes of your company meetings
• Maintain entity records, including minutes, resolutions and stock/certificate ledger, and stockholder records
• Provide operational authority to vice president (client) for execution of business documents
• Issue stock/interests to owners

Service Prerequisite Requirements

• Level One or Level Two Nevada Haven program
• Tax return prepared and filed by NCH Tax Solutions, Inc. (sister company)
• Your company must remain in compliance with state of Nevada statutes

We Won’t Allow:

• Out-of-state registration of your business entity
• Personal guarantees by Nevada Business Manager
• Signing of tax returns
• Adult-themed businesses or websites
• Commercial lending activities
• Offshore transactions with known tax havens or blacklisted countries
• Non-resident alien ownership
