Lance K. Bradford, CPA
Lance K. Bradford is a graduate of the University of Nevada at Reno. He was a manager at Ernst and Young and president of a NASDAQ registered real estate company that went public in 1999 garnering over $500 million in capital and generating over $1 billion in real estate transactions. Lance Bradford has founded several companies in addition to the American Help Foundation, a nonprofit organization that is committed to improving the quality of life for Southern Nevada community residents through education, counseling, financial support, and accountability. Mr. Bradford knows that a company’s vigor is determined as much by its qualifiables as its quantifiables. He is a board member of the Anthony L. Pollard Foundation, The Rainbow Dreams Academy School and advisory board member of the Las Vegas Rescue Mission and the Keepers of the Wild Animal Sanctuary. He is a member of the Nevada Society of CPA’s, the American Institute of CPA’s and the University of Nevada Alumni Association.

Leilani Bradford, CPA
Leilani Bradford serves as a partner in a full-service accounting firm specializing in corporations, both public and closely held, and high-net worth individuals. She focuses on auditing and consulting for non-profit organizations. She is a member of the Nevada Society of CPA’s, the American Institute of CPAs and is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Nevada. Ms. Bradford is an honorary member of the American Help Foundation and a member of the University of Nevada Alumni Association.

Eric Bullinger, CPA
Eric Bullinger, CPA has a professional focus on audits of private and public companies. Mr. Bullinger has specialized in audits of public companies traded on NASDAQ, the American Stock Exchange and the OTC Bulletin Board since 2000. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Nevada.

David Hall, CPA CVA
David Hall, CPA CVA has a primary focus on daily business management, the implementation of tax strategies and providing his clients with business consulting and development. Mr. Hall is especially experienced in the areas of real estate, medical and construction accounting and consulting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Nevada. David is very involved with the Boy Scouts of America, serves as treasurer for the Clark County Public Education Foundation, is on the board of the Enterprise Schools Trust Fund Committee, and serves in a number of other capacities for other civic and nonprofit organizations in Utah and Nevada.

Michael Harman, CPA
Michael Harman, CPA specializes in the area of business consulting and audits of private and public companies. In his auditing role, he performs the lead partner and SEC concurring review functions for public company audit engagements on primarily small public companies traded on various markets.
Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Nevada. Mr. Harman held various positions in accounting and business consulting as well as retail management prior to his involvement with NCH Tax Solutions.

Dustin Lewis, CPA
Dustin Lewis, CPA centers his practice in the areas of audits of private and public companies. He is the engagement partner of various audits of privately and publicly held companies and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants and has been a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Nevada since 1999.

Karen Windham
Karen Windham specializes in the areas business consulting and income taxes. Ms. Windham has worked for American Express Tax and Business Services at a time when it was one of the top ten accounting firms in the United States. During her career, she has specialized in business consulting and development, accounting systems design and implementation, and income tax planning. She serves as treasurer for The Children’s Heart Foundation, whose mission is to improve the care and quality of life for children in Nevada who are born with and develop heart problems.
