The law firm of Steven J. Szostek, Esq. is a separate, independent Nevada law firm that we retain in-house for the purpose of serving the planning and legal needs for our clients. A former deputy attorney general for the State of Indiana, Steve Szostek has his BS in secondary education, his MA in sociology, and his MBA in finance and marketing. He is a graduate of the University of Indiana Law School, and is admitted to practice in the Nevada state and federal courts and the United States Supreme Court. Steve has practiced law in Hawaii, Indiana and Nevada and has been a corporate trust officer for Bank One in Indianapolis. He currently specializes in estate planning, business law and bankruptcy law. Mr. Szostek is also a member in good standing of the Nevada and Clark County Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
