Trevor has been with Corporate Service Center, Inc. since almost the very beginning. Many of our clients know Trevor personally, and can attest to his commitment to service, his knowledge, and experience in working with Nevada corporations and limited liability companies.

Trevor Rowley is Executive Vice President of the Corporate Service Center family of companies, and is a magna cum laude graduate of Southern Utah University, where he was also a finalist for the prestigious Wall Street Journal Award for Business Excellence. Trevor has built a career assisting new businesses expand and grow. Prior to joining Corporate Service Center, Trevor was an executive with a regional multi-media chain where he was instrumental in planning, opening and operating new retail outlets along the Wasatch front. Following his success there, Trevor has spent the last twenty years as a principal with Corporate Service Center, Inc., where he has personally consulted with thousands of business owners and helped them to develop strategies to build their businesses, protect their assets and minimize their taxes. It is quite possible that Trevor has personally formed more Nevada corporations than any other individual. A highly sought speaker, Trevor has instructed entrepreneurs and investors at events held in major properties around the West.

Steve Szostek is a graduate of Indiana University. He has earned a BS in secondary education, MA in sociology and an MBA in finance and marketing. Currently, he is admitted to practice in the Nevada state and federal courts and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Szostek has practiced law in Hawaii, Indiana and Nevada. He has been a deputy attorney general in Indiana and a corporate trust officer for Bank One in Indianapolis. He currently specializes in estate planning, business law and bankruptcy. Mr. Szostek is also a member in good standing of the Nevada and Clark County Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Mike started with Corporate Service Center over a decade ago, originally working as a plant manager for our printing operations. Since then, Mike has continued his education and has qualified himself as an indispensable member of our team, with experience in our internal accounting systems and as our resident computer technician. In his current role, Mike is the team leader for our renewals team.

Cathy works as an integral part of our renewals team. She makes sure your Nevada corporation or LLC is renewed timely with the State of Nevada.
